RealT is a platform offering tokenized real estate. It is thus possible to make fractional real estate investments on the US market via a solution powered by the blockchain. The platform makes it possible to democratize real estate to as many people as possible by making this type of investment much more accessible.
The interface is very basic and could be nicer, but that’s enough to easily use RealT’s services.
The platform offers a very specific service, that of real estate tokenization. You will not find other things there.
The catalog of different real estates is rather well supplied, but new arrivals are quickly out of stock and you will have to wait for the next ones if you want to invest.
Security looks good overall. Nothing special to report.
This is a great step forward for the real estate and crypto market which can finally meet on RealT!
