KuCoin is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange launched in September 2017. It is one of the most popular crypto exchanges and already has over 8 million registered users in 207 countries. KuCoin supported overs 420 projects and got $20 million from IDG Capital and Matrix Partners. In 2021, KuCoin has been rated "the Best Crypto Exchange" by Forbes Advisor.
The interface is quite good but has a lot of information that might confuse novices. But be aware that there is a beginner’s guide.

The exchange was hacked on 25th September 2020 ($285 million) but all the funds were recovered. There is no other incident to report.
KuCoin sometimes has problems with high traffic and it happens that it is taken down temporarily.
The maker and taker fees are 0.1% if you don’t hold KCS tokens. Otherwise you will be able to benefit from discounts.
