SushiSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) and automated market maker (AMM) developed in 2020 by Chef Nomi, leader of an anonymous group, on the Ethereum blockchain. SushiSwap is a fork of the Uniswap protocol, with more features on the application.
The interface is really intuitive and easy to use for beginners. Many resources are available such as analytics, a forum and documentation.
The platform offers a higher quantity of services compared to its competitors. For example, you can swap, earn, farm, lend or borrow cryptocurrencies.
SushiSwap contains all coins and tokens from the Ethereum blockchain, so you have a lot of choice.
Their launchpad MISO was hacked for 3 millions dollars in Ethereum in 2021. A developer has detected a flaw the same year. Since then, security appears to have been significantly enhanced.
SushiSwap has always worked correctly, no reliability issues to report.
Their community is quite big with nearly 200k followers on their Twitter.
