Ledger is a French start-up that designs and markets crypto hardware wallets. Overall, they are the most famous and used on the market. The two best known are the Ledger Nano X and the Ledger Nano S. The first products were released between 2014 and 2016.
For a hardware wallet, its interface is clear and understandable.
Ledger has the basic services of crypto wallets which is limiting sometimes. They launched Ledger Live which received negative reviews despite adding features.
There are over 1800 compatible coins and tokens on Ledger, which is quite a lot.
Ledger is very active and is constantly adding new tools.
Hardware wallets are obviously considered the most secure. Ledger users have nevertheless suffered a lot of phishing attempts due to data theft.
The help center takes a long time to respond to their customers, but the results are acceptable.
